Departure Scene

Turn up the music and pick up your music shakers. It is time to say goodbye to the friendly faces and places of the Philippines. Although your trip here has ended, your journey into your past has just begun. Hopefully, you, Marissa, and Jordan have learned how all our different histories have influenced who we are today. Next, in Unit 2, you will learn about the encounter between Filipinos and the explorers of the western world which resulted in much conflict, change, and challenge.
